Cake Care Guide
Refrigerate the cake so it doesn't melt
Take out of fridge 45 min to 1 hour before serving
Leave to sit at room temperature out of direct sunlight
When on display, keep cake out of the sun and on a stable surface
Remove all non edible items (i.e. dowels) from cake before serving
Use a hot, sharp knife for best slicing
