We are not Halaal/Kosher certified. We do not use gelatine in our cakes however certain flavours do contain alcohol.

Cake must be stored in the fridge and taken out one hour before serving. Our cakes are best served at room temperature.

Yes certain cakes contain nuts. Please see product description of cakes.

Other allergies may include dairy, wheat and eggs. Please note Kelly Jayne's cannot assume liability for any food allergies.

Our standard sizes are 4", 6" and 8" for our birthday cakes and 10" for classic cakes. If you require a different size please place a custom cake order, this will require a longer lead time.

Unfortunately, all cakes are to be paid in full before delivery.

Our cakes are best eaten within 3 days.

Once your cake has been cut please ensure to cover the cake to prevent it drying out.

Cupcakes are best eaten the day of collection, however if you store in an airtight container they will stay fresh for 2 days.

Please ensure your cake is on a flat surface. We find the boot is best. Cakes are heat sensitive, please keep the air conditioning on and avoid any unnecessary travelling with the cake in your car.

Please do not put your cake on a slanted seat.

Please avoid any sharp turns and bumps.

Please keep cake out of direct sunlight.

We cannot guarantee a specific time. Our estimate delivery time is between 10am and 4pm.

We offer a variety of stands to rent. Rental fee starts at R250 and we require an additional deposit for stands that will be refunded once the stand is returned within a week. We can also collect stands at an additional cost depending on the area.

Yes, we do offer set up and delivery of wedding cakes which will be included in your formal quotation.
